Powerful and stable power system

▪ The 300hp engine uses a Bosch fuel system, a 250bar high explosion pressure cylinder, and a 2000bar fuel system, which can easily cope with complex field conditions and walking conditions, providing continuous

and stable power for harvesting work.

▪ The operator can adjust the engine's multi-power state output (light load, medium load, heavy load) to easily reduce fuel consumption.

▪ The engine cooling fan blades are intelligently hydraulically driven, which can automatically clean the radiator core and reduce equipment maintenance time.

High efficiency and low loss double bullet threshing and separation system

▪ The front section of the drum adopts a 13° low cone angle guide cone, combined with high-strength and

large-pitch conveying blades, to make crop feeding more efficient; the middle section adopts a corrugated rod rubbing element, which makes threshing gentler; the last section is equipped with an inclined separation plate to accelerate the backward movement of the material and reduce the separation load of the drum.

▪ The system can be widely used in the harvesting of various crops such as wheat, corn, soybeans, and rice. Our company's flexible threshing technology can achieve a wheat harvest loss rate of less than 0.4% and a corn harvest grain breakage rate of less than 1%. It can achieve precise threshing and efficient harvesting, allowing farms to reduce losses and increase revenues by hundreds of thousands of dollars each year by purchasing our equipment.

Large-capacity grain tank, high-speed grain unloading

▪ The electronically controlled opening and closing large grain tank has a capacity of 9000L,which reduces

the time and frequency of grain unloading during harvesting, increases the operating area per unit time, and makes work more efficient.

▪ To ensure that you will not waste too much time in the grain unloading process, we have also specially designed a spiral conveyor with a diameter of 300mm, and the grain unloading speed can reach 60 L/S.

▪ The maximum grain unloading height of 5m and the 95-degree grain unloading barrel expansion angle can perfectly adapt to the plain trailer combined harvesting operation.

High-precision manufacturing and assembly ensure the consistency of the gap of the entire screen, ensuring that the crops harvested in the granary are clean and tidy with low impurities.

▪ The wind speed is stepless and adjustable to adapt to the type and state of the harvested crops.

▪ The high-frequency vibrating screen box is independently developed by Zoomlion top-lev- el structural team, using 900Mpa high-strength steel material and high fatigue resistance welding technology.
