OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

EXTRA LARGE GRANARY, LONG-LASTING

ZL105 has two optional models, with a standard 210L extra-large fuel tank to meet the needs of uninterrupted operations throughout the day; according to the actual needs of customers in different countries, the product is divided into high-level unloading models and manual grain receiving models. Among them, the grain bin volume of the high-level unloading model is 1800L, which can load about 1,200kg of rice at a time, ensuring continuous harvesting of 0.4-0.8 acres in actual harvesting operations; the grain bin volume of the manual grain receiving model is 660L, which can accommo date 2 people to unload and bag the grain at the same time.

LARGER HEADER, FAST AND EFFICIENT

The ZL105 series is equipped with a 2.36m rice and wheat universal harvesting platform as standard, meeting the actual needs of customers for fast harvesting. The whole machine is equipped with working gear, transfer gear and walking gear, and the fastest walking speed can reach 2.4m/s; up to 9 hectares of rice can be harvested in a single day, effectively saving customers' time loss and shortening their investment payback period.

EXCELLENT THRESHING STRUCTURE DESIGN

The threshing system of ZL105 adopts a mature threshing tooth rod structure, which is reliable and stable. The product is equipped with 6 threshing tooth rods as standard. After the spike teeth on one side are worn, they can be switched back and forth to reduce the use cost and ensure uniform threshing without grain leakage. At the same time, the matching concave plate screen ensures consistent installation dimensions. After one side is worn, it can be switched left and right. The effective threshing size reaches Ø620×2000mm, which is first-class in the industry.

HIGH RELIABILITY

CENTER-WHEEL CHASSIS DESIGN

The center-wheel chassis technology, which is mature in the Chinese market, is adopted. The supporting wheels and guide wheels in the key chassis components are changed from offset to central, which improves the load-bearing capacity of the whole chassis and reduces the failure rate of thurst wheels and guide wheels in heavy-load conditions such as turning and deep-water field operation during field operation.

ORIGINAL ARCHED BEAM DESIGN

Based on the "八" beam used by mainstream products in the market, digital profiling technologies such as CAE are used to simulate the machine's sharp turns, crossing bumps, and transfers under full load, analyze the stress tolerance range of the chassis under various working conditions, re-optimize the chassis structure, and innovatively propose a U-shaped arched structural beam design. On the basis of ensuring good load-bearing capacity, the ground clearance of the machine is increased to 350mm-600mm, with good mud discharge effect and passing ability.

RELIABLE TRANSMISSION STRUCTURE

Based on the traditional rice harvester, ZL105 has made significant optimizations to the feeding system. The header drive has been changed from left to right, which can not only balance the weight of both sides of the header, but also make it easier for the operator to observe whether there is any non-harvesting loss such as grass clipping during harvesting. At the same time, the transmission structure of the conveyor trough has been optimized from belt to chain, which has higher transmission efficiency and reduces 20%-50% of harvesting vibration.

WELL-ADAPTED

NO DAMAGE TO THE FIELD, HIGH EFFICIENCY

The standard crawler track is 550mmx90mmx56 sections, with an effective ground contact length of 1800mm and a low ground pressure of 19.6 Kpa, which can adapt to paddy field operation environments with a mud foot depth of 20cm-50cm. The center of gravity of the whole machine is adjusted by adding counterweights, providing better performance when climbing uphill with full load and descending downhill without load.

HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE AND WIDE ADAPTABILITY
The chassis height of ZL105 reaches 350mm-600mm, which can adapt to various paddy field working environments with mud foot depth of 200mm-500mm.
