Topper system

Double disc topper, hydraulic driven,max 4m topping height

Feeding system

Lodging killer

▪ Height adjustable divider, operator can adjust according to the field con- dition, to better adapt to lodged cane of various situation, ensuring the smooth feeding of cane by divider;

▪ Weed cutter is placed around the divider shoe to ensure the cutting of weed whil0e just contacting with sug- arcane; the reserved 10mm gap between cutter and divider roller makes sure the thinnest weed can also be cut off

▪ Sugarcane harvester contains several adjusted heights, which can be adjust- ed according to the height of the ridge to ensure basecutter can better cut the cane stalk from it root

▪ Height adjustable divider, operator can adjust according to the field con- dition, to better adapt to lodged cane of various situation, ensuring the smooth feeding of cane by divider;

▪ Divider rollers of inside and outside rotates in opposite direction, which can push away the adjacent sugarcane from the harvester, and the entangled cane can also be separated, so that the inside rollers can pick up the lodged sugarcane;

▪ Inside rollers face forward as much as possible to increase the chance of contacting with the lodged cane; the tilt angle can be adjusted manually to adapt to different field condition;

Optimized feeding system Adjustable according to agronomy

▪ knockdown roller of comb plate facilitates the gripping of cane stalk, the rubber material not only increases friction with cane, but also replaceable when worn;

▪ The roller below can eliminate the dead spots near the walls.


Divider shoe with longer font tip, which can easily lift the lodged cane and feed into machine when adjusting it close to ground, reducing loss to the greatest extend.	Guide plate is installed inside conveying train, which can guide cane stalk to basecutter to be cut off, guide plate can be adjusted manually, preventing cane from running off from side and causing losses.	Height of knockdown roller is adjustable manu ally, suitable height can make uniform feeding of cane, reducing cane loss and damage.

Basecutter system

High torque two motors drive, good cutting surface

▪ Base cutter is driven by piston motor with strong power, high-speed rotating blade can easily cut all sugarcane from the root; 540mm working diameter can easily cut off multi-year tillering ratoon cane

▪ Height of basecutter can be adjusted by hydraulic cylinder, which can be adjusted below ground to cut, meeting your demand of different cutting height;

▪ The grass blocking structure of basecutter protects the drive shaft of basecutter from the entanglement of weeds and vines during operation, and reduces the risk of poor cutting effect caused by torque loss;

▪ 8 replaceable blades fixed by just two bolts which are easy to be dismantled; Blades can be used repeatedly by exchanging each side while worn; conveying train is height adjustable and has large space, convenient for replacing blades

Driving system

High-torque RWD

▪ High torque twin hydraulic motors drive, contacting area is up to 40cm that the grip to the ground is large, SCH can work more stably and safely in field;

▪ Wheel track is well-designed that can move stably in field, fit perfectly over 1.2m row spacing,

▪ Moving is controlled by single joystick, easy to operate, the maximum driving speed is up to 18km/h, fast for trans-field

Conveying system

▪ 600mm width conveying train that more sugarcane can be fed into, 9 feed rollers are installed inside makes feeding more fluent, the feeding capacity is up to 6kg/s;

▪ Feed rollers below are specially designed with arc shape which facilitates the intense feeding of cane making sure cane can spread out across the whole width improving feeding conformity and chopped billets length consistency; the corrugation structure on periphery of rollers, and roller rotation speed difference can help to feed sugarcane and also remove cane leaves and trashes, which greatly reduces the workload of extractor, the hollow structure prevents mud from pilling up causing failing conveying;

▪ During cane conveying, cane can be cleaned by the gap between the feed rollers and the chopper; these gaps allow soil and stones to fall from the sugarcane before the sugarcane is chopped, reducing the subsequent workload of the discharging device ;

▪ The upper and lower feed rollers are rotating reversible preventing cane choking

Buttlifter roller

Hollow designed roller can prevent mud from pilling up,ensuring efficient feeding of cane, avoiding failing feeding

Wide chopper system

Tho room of inside chopper is long enough to mount the blades of 540mm, driven by hydraulic piston motor and flywheel inertia, cane can easily be chopped, chopped cane is 15-25cm long.

Floating upper rollers

Upper feed rollers can automat ically float up and down accord ing to cane feeding quantity, so as to prevent the excessive squeeze and damage of sugar cane resulting in the loss of sugar.

Cane deflector

Cane deflector is placed after chop per, which is angle adjustable that chopped billets can be directed from chopper to elevator bowl in an appropriate angle, the larger the angle, the closer the distance between cane and extractor fan, and the better the trash removing performance; small angle can reduce the rate of billets from being smashed by extractor fan.

Elevator

170° turning angle Capable of matching 3.8m trailer

Width of conveying slab reaches 640mm, which can convey more cane simultaneously without block and stuck, perforated base-plate can filter small trashes, ensure the cleaning of sugarcane.

Bin flap at the tail makes sure the even unloading of cane;

Elevator has protection plate at the bottom, protecting elevator from being damaged while matching with truck.

Hydraulic hoses of Elevator are using stainless material, which are hard, anti-wear and anti-rust, extend the service of machine.

Elevator has an adjustment device, which can adjust the gap between slab and base-plate, preventing cane of small diameter being getting into causing blocking, influencing the normal work of elevator.

Hopper

On button operation 360° rotational hopper, even unloading of cane

Camera adopted for observing the unloading situation from HD display, easy for operator to use.

Extractor

Step-less adjustable cleaning technology 1000-2200r/min adjustable fan speed

▪ Step-less adjustable extractor fan speed with 9 gears, operator can adjust fan speed as required, the maximum fan speed is 2200r/min.

▪ Extractor hood can be turned horizontally, preventing trashes from being blown into unharvested rows.

▪ Extractor outlet is optimized ensuring all trashes to be blown toward ground, preventing trashes from being blown into unharvested fields.

▪ Extractor hood and fan blades are made of high strength material, wear-resistant and anti-vibration design, long service life and save your money.

Power system

In-line six cylinder CRDI engine

▪ Yuchai six cylinder CRDI engine, national III emission standard, large torque and oil-saving, excellent performance;

▪ The intelligent radiator system has the temperature recognition function, which adjusts the rotation speed automatically according to the ambient temperature and the engine temperature to ensure that the engine is not affected by high tempera ture under long-term high-speed operation. At the same time, the radiator fan can rotate reversely to blow the trashes piled up around radiator in time;

▪ Radiator system is accessible through the door, which can be directly opened for cleaning and maintaining, and the internal grass blocking net cover can be taken off to clean up the debris;

▪ Engine has three power modes. The main advantage is that it can distribute the engine power reasonably, fuel consumption is reduced at low gears, and engine power will be used maximally at high gears. We recommend you use the low gear when driving on the road, and use middle gear when harvesting low yield field, and use high gear in high-yield field.

The unique hydraulic circuit can ensure minimal energy loss.
